A computer virus called Kira spreads in the world. A message in the Kira virus says to turn in the 6 death notes. The person who has the 6 death notes can overwhelm the world. In Nazi-occupied France during World War II, a group of Jewish-American soldiers known as "The Basterds" are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis.
