Synopsis

The Shepherd is an award-winning historical drama, that takes place in Europe during WWII in a territory occupied by Nazis. The main character is an old shepherd, who lives alone on a ranch. After his daughter gets killed by German soldiers, he decides in his grief to save as many Jewish lives as possible. Despite great personal danger, the shepherd must decide whether to save the lives of a Jewish family and a wounded girl.
