TICKETING AND PAYMENT
Bookings can be made for an estimated number of guests initially. The booking is not fully confirmed until signed contractual booking form is returned to Dendy, agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Deposit payment and confirmation of final numbers are required no later than 7 days prior to your booking. Changes to the booking after this time must be approved by the Events Manager and last minute cancellations might result in forfeiture of deposit. The balance of hire is due no later than the date of hire. Payment on invoices can be made by cash, cheque, credit card and EFT transfer (upon approval). Tickets can be provided on receipt of payment.
