Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you don't find the answer you're looking for here, simply contact us.
You can join/renew online or at any Dendy Cinema.
To join online, click the JOIN/RENEW option in the sidebar.
If you join at the cinema, you will be issued a card on the spot.
If you join online, you will be issued a card at the cinema on presentation of your payment receipt.

You can update your details online by logging into your account from the Login page or by visiting https://www.dendy.com.au/Account/Login
Please note, if it's your first time logging in you will need to create a password.
To book tickets you will require your membership card, which will be issued at the cinema on your next visit. From this point you'll always be able to book online.
Replacement cards can be issued at the cinema box office for a fee of $2.
