Eric Packer (Robert Pattinson), a hedge fund trader, jumps into a white limousine in New York City in order to get a haircut from his barber, whose shop is at the other end of the city. Unfortunately, a visit from the President of the United States throw Manhattan traffic into almost a complete stop. While Eric is trapped in the car, chaos sets in and he's helpless as he realizes his fortune is evaporating. He's also certain that someone is trying to assassinate him, but he doesn't know where or when.
